Lot Selection

Walking the property together is where your dream home truly begins. Until you've experienced The Haven in person, it's difficult to appreciate the extraordinary views of Pikes Peak and the surrounding landscape. Because this mountainside community offers a variety of unique lot characteristics, some homesites may influence how a home can be designed and positioned. We'll guide you through the selection process, helping you identify the lot that best aligns with your vision while maximizing the home's design, functionality, and views.

Floor Plan Selection -- Semi-Custom Homes

Our semi-custom homes offer the ideal balance of personalized design, quality craftsmanship, and move-in-ready convenience. Features include:

• Professionally Designed Floor Plans -- Created to provide comfort, functionality, and timeless appeal, with available customization options depending on the selected plan.
• Premium Finishes -- High-quality materials and thoughtfully curated design elements throughout. We never use builder-grade materials.
• Energy Efficiency -- Modern, energy-saving features and appliances designed to enhance comfort while reducing long-term operating costs.

Floor Plan Selection -- Full Custom Homes

For clients seeking a truly one-of-a-kind home, we offer fully custom design and build services. You'll work directly with both our architect and lead designer to create a home uniquely tailored to your lifestyle, needs, and vision. This collaborative design approach -- bringing architects and designers together from the beginning -- creates exceptional results and is a level of service not commonly offered by most builders.

Because custom homes require additional architectural design, engineering, and planning, this option will add time to the overall project schedule. While this may not be a concern for every client, it is an important factor to consider during the planning process.

Material Selections

Our design team will guide you through every finish and material selection for your home. Most selections take place in our Design Center, minimizing your legwork while maximizing convenience and efficiency. Working with certified designers helps ensure a cohesive look and feel throughout your home while simplifying the decision-making process.

We also purchase directly from manufacturers and suppliers, allowing us to secure premium materials at competitive prices -- savings that we pass on to our clients. Direct relationships with our vendors also provide enhanced product support throughout construction and long after move-in, an often-overlooked benefit that becomes invaluable when questions arise.

The Build Process

Every home we build is assigned both a dedicated Superintendent and Production Manager to ensure exceptional craftsmanship, quality control, and schedule management throughout construction. We utilize Buildertrend, an industry-leading project management platform, to provide ongoing communication and transparency. Through Buildertrend, you'll have access to schedules, progress updates, photos, documents, and financial information throughout the build.

Post-Build Support

Our commitment to you doesn't end when construction is complete. We provide:

• A comprehensive home warranty
• A detailed home binder documenting selections, finishes, and product information
• Guidance on home care and maintenance
• Continued support for questions, service needs, and future assistance
