Tera Kane

Tera earned her undergrad in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin, is a nationally certified Interior Designer (NCIDQ), and holds a masters degree in Architecture from Texas A & M. Tera has balanced her busy and successful professional career with raising four kids, a feat that is humbling to the best of us.

After a brief stint in the Army, Brian began working in construction. During his 30+ year career, he's worked in every facet of residential construction, from owning his own business, to remodeling, to production home building, to custom home building - bringing extensive experience to our team.



Jason Pederson

Residential Design

Jason has been operating his residential design business from the foothills of the Rocky Mountains for almost 15 years. In 2023, he and his wife co-founded TEN4GOOD.org, a nonprofit organization dedicated to growing Good around the world by crowdfunding charitable projects for communities in need. A portion of profit from every home designed goes directly to the efforts of TEN4GOOD.
